Our new addition building process
Our in-house design team will draw and render designs that match the style and function that suits your needs. Once you are confident the design matches your vision for the addition, we will begin the building and construction of the interior spaces.
Each project begins with fully documented accounting across all areas. As responsible custodians for the fees clients pay, we carefully plan, discuss and record all finances related to the project to ensure an on-time and to specification delivery. Clients are counseled from the outset and all exacting details agreed are comprehensively outlayed in contracts which are specific, clear, and easy to understand. We provide bi-weekly notices for payment that include the current status of the account along with all activity to date. Clients receive an itemized statement at the close of the project that clearly states the financial history of their account.
