This keeps everyone informed about how the project is progressing. We provide a summary of what transpired over the last week. We present a summary of what to expect over the next three weeks. We won’t make assumptions or decisions on your behalf. Should an issue arise (always a possibility when remodeling), our team works together to quickly and efficiently find a solution.

WE RESPECT YOUR HOME

In order to minimize disruption in your home throughout the remodeling process, we maintain a clean and safe workspace .We install dust walls and use protective floor coverings to minimize the migration of dust and debris in your home during the project. We respect your home, keep interruptions to a minimum, and  work courteously around your family’s needs.

TIMELINESS

Our clients expect projects to be completed by the contract completion date. Our conscientious ordering system ensures that materials are on hand prior to starting the project, eliminating downtime and minimizing disruptions in your home. Our on-staff Project Managers and Field Supervisors are dedicated to the success of your project and are responsible for all phases of scheduling and ordering of long lead-time items, creating a steady and predictable outcome for all.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our clients can expect professional accounting from TR Building & Remodeling for all aspects of their job. Our comprehensive, detailed contracts are specific, clear, and easy to understand. Our bi-weekly applications for payment include the current status of the account with all activity to date. In addition, clients receive an itemized statement at the close of the project that clearly details the financial history of their account.
